We have been in business since 2010 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Don Alder, is California licensed real estate broker and has been a Realtor for over 15 years. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), California Association of Realtors, and the local Delta Association of Realtors. He is experienced in both property management and real estate sales and looks forward to serving all of your real estate needs. He has lived in the East Contra Costa area for over 20 years and currently resides in Discovery Bay.
Shayna Alder is a real estate broker and has been practicing real estate for over 15 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the local Delta Association of Realtors. She was born and raised in Oakley and has resided in Discovery Bay for the last 10 years.
